How are your new habits coming along? First week has been working out fine for me besides from my feet being badly chafed. Either I need new shoes or it’s just a sign of my feet not being used to running. However, I’m glad to be on track with my goal.
A great thing is that I can get out and run during lunch, since there is a running group at work. This to me is an awesome idea since I find it much more fun to run with someone. Also it’s a great way to meet people you wouldn’t have met otherwise.
Lastly, I already feel stronger and more energized. Working out is sweeet.
