Participate in IGEday
Womengineer has been running the initiative since 2015 Introduce a Girl to Engineering day (IGEday), one of Sweden's largest events to increase diversity within the engineering world. It's the day when thousands of girls and non-binary people between the ages of 13 and 19 get to visit a real workplace, meet female engineers and experience what it's like to work with technology at a company somewhere in Sweden.
Get involved in Wera
Humanity faces major challenges, and meeting them requires a diversity of ideas and perspectives. Womengineer and Ny Teknik are therefore proud to present Wera, a professional network that aims to empower and inspire women and non-binary people in the engineering profession. The initiative unites the ambition to increase diversity in technical professions and create a platform where women can grow both professionally and personally.
