Who can become a volunteer?
You who are studying or working as an engineer, who, like us, are convinced that the world needs more female engineers.
What can you do as a volunteer?
There are lots of different things you can do as a volunteer. For example, working with our event IGEday, our social media or other projects within the foundation.
When does the application close?
You can submit an expression of interest at any time, and we will contact you when there is an opening!
Do I need to be based in Stockholm to become a volunteer?
No, our volunteers are spread all over Sweden. Wherever you live, you are welcome to apply!
How much time do I need to dedicate to my volunteering?
It's up to you how much time you want to spend on your commitment, but as a guideline we usually say about 1/h per week at least.

After IGEday 2025, we have decided to close our external ambassador program. We would like to extend a big thank you to everyone who has participated and supported us over the years!
If you would like to continue to support the foundation and help companies organize their IGEday, you are welcome to apply to become a volunteer instead.
