Womengineer is a foundation with the aim of increasing the number of women in technical education and professions. We strive to inspire and support young girls to choose an engineering education and create a gender-equal technical sector. We inform and inspire about the engineering profession so that everyone can make a well-informed decision about their future and reach their full potential. We stand behind IGEday and Wera and Co..
IGEday
IGEday stands for Introduce a Girl to Engineering day and is an event where girls between the ages of 13-19 get to explore their interest in technology and try out life as an engineer at a company somewhere in Sweden.

Wera is a network that exists to empower more people to reach their potential in the workplace. We want to strengthen the role and influence of women and non-binary people in everything from innovation, technology and leadership.
