IGEday is the day when girls and non-binary people between 13-19 years of age get the chance to find out what being an engineer is all about.
What is IGEday?
IGEday (Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day) takes place every year in March. On this day, engineering companies and tech organizations are encouraged to welcome girls and non-binary people between 13-19 years old and give them the chance to experience life as an engineer.
During this day, thousands of girls meet role models and get the chance to be inspired to become engineers themselves.
This event takes place both digitally and in person with companies and organizations all over Sweden.
