Before you sign up for Womengineer Day 2023 and one of the partnership levels of IGEday 2024, please read through our general terms and conditions. These apply to each partnership per associated event with the Womengineer Foundation and by entering into a partnership, you agree to abide by them.

IGEday and Womengineer Day are events organized by the Womengineer Foundation, Org.nr: 802481-2268. IGEday 2024 will take place on March 22nd, 2024. Womengineer Day will take place on November 23rd, 2023.

By entering into this partnership your company hereby grants Womengineer a right to use and display any logos, trademark, and signs, as well as images that you provide to Womengineer for the purpose of marketing and informing about the partnership and to in order, provide the assistance that Womengineer has committed to. That includes inter alia uploading your logo to our websites and social media channels. Your company must ensure that we, Womengineer, will not infringe on any other party’s rights by using and displaying any logos, trademarks, signs, and images.
Womengineer hereby grants your company the right to use and display Womengineer’s logos (IGEday, Womengineer, and Womengineer Day) during the partnership (2023-10-01 – 2024-11-30) for the purpose of marketing and informing about the partnership. Womengineer reserves the right to revoke this grant of use at any time if we, at our sole discretion, find that your use is in conflict with the Womengineer Foundation’s statutes.
The parties acknowledge that their collaboration will involve exchanging personal data of each party’s employees. Each Party represents and warrants that they have informed their employees about the processing of their personal data related to the parties’ collaboration.
In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the General Terms and Conditions and a Customized Partnership Agreement, the Customized Partnership Agreement shall prevail.
A Customized Partnership Agreement shall be made in writing and comes into effect once your company has confirmed the quotation.

Womengineer is committed to:
- Support your company in organizing IGEday in Sweden for 20 participants (1)
- Provide your company with a company page at igeday.com
- Provide your company with invitations to our inspirational workshops and tools prior to IGEday
- Provide your company with any amount of Womengineer Magazines
- After IGEday 2024, provide your company with our yearly IGEday Impact Report, the unique feedback from your participants, and a signed diploma of your IGEday engagement.
1. Womengineer’s work in enabling your company to organize IGEday includes all handling of applications via our website, providing contact information regarding those who have registered, invitations, etc. However, Womengineer cannot guarantee the number of visitors.
Your company is committed to:
- Organize IGEday in Sweden on the company’s premises or online
- Send required company logos as well as requested information to Womengineer by 2023-12-01.
- Prior to IGEday, publish Womengineer-provided IGEday marketing material through your company’s internal and external communication channels.
- Make payment under this partner agreement. Payment must be made according to the payment terms specified on the invoice. In the event of non-payment, the paying party is invoiced, in addition to costs specified in this agreement and Womengineer’s expenses resulting from non-payment.

- Provide your company with a company page at igeday.com
- Provide your company with invitations to our inspirational workshops and tools prior to IGEday
- Provide your company with any amount of the printed Womengineer Magazines
- After IGEday 2024, provide your company with our yearly IGEday Impact Report, the unique feedback from your participants, and a signed diploma of your IGEday engagement.
…and additionally:
- Present your company logo on the landing page of igeday.com and womengineer.org throughout the IGEday year (Dec 1st – Nov 30th), as well as in the printed Womengineer Magazines (distributed to all participants of IGEday and printed in 4 000 copies)
- Publish 3x posts per channel in Womengineer’s social media throughout the sign-up period;
Instagram (5 200 followers), Tiktok (2 400 followers), LinkedIn (4 400 followers) - Provide a dedicated contact person from Womengineer will help you to plan for a successful IGEday event, including the presentation of an analysis afterward

- Organize IGEday in Sweden, and if desired abroad, on the company’s premises or online
- Send required company logos as well as requested information to Womengineer by 2023-12-01.
- Prior to IGEday, publish Womengineer-provided IGEday marketing material through your company’s internal and external communication channels.
- Make payment under this partner agreement. Payment must be made according to the payment terms specified on the invoice. In the event of non-payment, the paying party is invoiced, in addition to costs specified in this agreement and Womengineer’s expenses resulting from non-payment.
Note: In the event that your company has already signed up for IGEday 2024 and thereafter signs up for Womengineer Day as well, the terms and conditions here are simply added to that agreement.
Womengineer is committed to:
- Arrange at least one (1) IGEday event on March 22nd, 2024
- Organize and invite you to the Womengineer Day event on 2023-11-23 with at least 50 participants and your company as 1 out of 10 companies
- Provide your company with a contact person from the Womengineer Foundation for instructions and reasonable support in your planning activities for Womengineer Day 2023
- Present your company’s logo as part of your participation at least 5 times in selected Womengineer social media channels during the participant sign-up period between 2023-10-01 and 2023-11-15 (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter)
- Present your company on womengineerday.com and on Womengineer’s social media channels during the participant sign-up period between 2023-10-01 and 2023-11-15 (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter)
- After Womengineer Day 2023, provide your company with an impact report that summarizes the participants’ feedback
- Expose your company logo on womengineer.org from 2023-10-01 to 2024-12-01 with a link to your company webpage
Your company is committed to:
- Provide contact details to at least 2 female engineers from your company who will participate in Womengineer Day, and out of which 1 will join a group interview, latest 2023-09-30 (1)
- Present up to 3 vacant positions or similar relevant career opportunities during Womengineer Day
- Participate in break-out sessions with selected participants who will get the chance to ask questions about your company
- Send required company logos to Womengineer, latest 2023-09-30
- Make payment under this partner agreement. Payment must be made according to the payment terms specified on the invoice. In the event of non-payment, the paying party is invoiced, in addition to costs specified in this agreement and Womengineer’s expenses as a result of non-payment.
1. The interviewee does not have to be an engineer but must be able to speak freely about how your company is living its values in practice.
