Idag \u00e4r de b\u00e5da parterna stolta att meddela att Fellowmind, Scania och Preem g\u00e5r in som huvudpartners till Wera under 2025. Deras engagemang kommer att bidra till att st\u00e4rka n\u00e4tverkets arbete med att \u00f6ka kvinnor- och icke-bin\u00e4ras inflytande i tekniksektorn.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Trots alla initiativ och l\u00f6ften om att inkludera fler kvinnor i ingenj\u00f6rsyrket forts\u00e4tter ju utvecklingen att sl\u00e4pa sig fram i ultrarapid. Det h\u00e4r vill vi \u00e4ndra p\u00e5 genom Wera, och tack vare partnerskapen med Fellowmind, Scania och Preem tar vi nu n\u00e4sta steg i att f\u00f6rverkliga den visionen, s\u00e4ger Thomas Peterssohn, vd f\u00f6r Ny Teknik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Syftet med Wera \u00e4r att skapa en plattform som inspirerar fler kvinnor att ta plats inom teknik, h\u00e5llbarhet och ledarskap. Genom att erbjuda m\u00f6tesplatser, mentorskap och kunskapsutbyte \u00e4r m\u00e5let att st\u00e4rka den underrepresenterade m\u00e5lgruppens roll inom ingenj\u00f6rsyrket och bana v\u00e4g f\u00f6r en mer j\u00e4mst\u00e4lld tekniksektor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som huvudpartners kommer Preem, Fellowmind och Scania att vara aktiva i Weras aktiviteter och bidra med sin expertis inom sina respektive omr\u00e5den.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Scania bygger framg\u00e5ng genom m\u00e5ngfald och inkludering. Med Wera vill vi inspirera fler kvinnliga ingenj\u00f6rer att utvecklas och bidra med sina perspektiv \u2013 en viktig del av v\u00e5r strategi f\u00f6r att driva h\u00e5llbar innovation fram\u00e5t, s\u00e4ger Jeanna T\u00e4llberg, Head of People and Culture p\u00e5 Scania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Kompetensbrist \u00e4r ett stort hot f\u00f6r tillv\u00e4xten i techbranschen d\u00e4r m\u00e5ngfald och j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet \u00e4r viktiga framg\u00e5ngsfaktorer. Genom att st\u00f6tta arbetet som Wera bedriver, hoppas vi kunna bidra till att fler ingenj\u00f6rstjejer f\u00e5r upp \u00f6gonen f\u00f6r v\u00e5r innovativa, utvecklande och inkluderande bransch, s\u00e4ger Anna Kleine p\u00e5 Fellowmind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 P\u00e5 Preem vet vi att m\u00e5ngfald och j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet bidrar till kreativitet, innovation och v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Genom v\u00e5rt samarbete med WERA vill vi lyfta dessa viktiga fr\u00e5gor och tillsammans skapa f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring \u2013 inte bara inom v\u00e5r egen bransch, utan ocks\u00e5 inspirera n\u00e4ringslivet i stort, s\u00e4ger Ylva Nyberg, chef f\u00f6r kommunikation och HR p\u00e5 Preem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under 2025 kommer n\u00e4tverket forts\u00e4tta utvecklas f\u00f6r sina medlemmar, och startskottet f\u00f6r i \u00e5r blir ett frukostevent p\u00e5 Norrsken under deras eventserie HER\/O. D\u00e4r kommer Siri Bergn\u00e9hr fr\u00e5n AFRY prata om sitt arbete med FemTech och vikten av att designa in kvinnor.
