F\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta dessa utmaningar kr\u00e4vs en m\u00e5ngfald av id\u00e9er och perspektiv, n\u00e5got som inkludering av kvinnor i tekniksektorn kan bidra till. Trots m\u00e5nga initiativ f\u00f6r att inkludera kvinnor i ingenj\u00f6rsyrket, kvarst\u00e5r en betydande obalans. Kvinnor utg\u00f6r endast 30% av ingenj\u00f6rsstudenterna 2023.* Det finns \u00e4ven begr\u00e4nsad representation av kvinnor i ledande positioner inom branschen. Endast 25% av ingenj\u00f6rer i Sverige med chefspositioner \u00e4r kvinnor.**<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wera \u00e4r ett initiativ som syftar till att \u00f6ka antalet kvinnor i tekniksektorn och f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka deras roll inom innovation och ledarskap. Genom att erbjuda m\u00f6tesplatser som kombinerar livsstil och karri\u00e4r med fokus p\u00e5 h\u00e5llbarhet, skapar vi en gemenskap som st\u00e4rker kvinnors position inom ingenj\u00f6rsyrket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5rt f\u00f6rsta event h\u00f6sten 2024 kommer att testa konceptet direkt p\u00e5 m\u00e5lgruppen och samla feedback f\u00f6r framtida utveckling. <a href=\"https:\/\/wera.confetti.events\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wera.confetti.events\/\">Eventet<\/a> g\u00e5r av stapeln den 7 november p\u00e5 Google, Kungsbron 2 i Stockholm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5r vision \u00e4r att skapa ett modernt och dynamiskt n\u00e4tverk som blir en ov\u00e4rderlig resurs och st\u00f6d f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra medlemmar. Vi str\u00e4var efter att sprida energi, inspirera till beslut, inge mod och lust, och hj\u00e4lpa v\u00e5ra medlemmar att bli den b\u00e4sta versionen av sig sj\u00e4lva. Vi ska erbjuda nya kollegor, mentorer och v\u00e4nner, samt \u00f6ppna d\u00f6rrar f\u00f6r aff\u00e4rsutbyte och professionella kontakter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wera \u00e4r ett gemensamt initiativ av Stiftelsen Womengineer och Ny Teknik Group. Genom att f\u00f6rena v\u00e5ra styrkor kan vi g\u00f6ra en best\u00e5ende skillnad f\u00f6r kvinnliga ingenj\u00f6rer. Womengineer har sedan 2015 drivit Sveriges st\u00f6rsta event f\u00f6r \u00f6kad m\u00e5ngfald inom teknik (IGEday).
