We believe that the lack of female engineers is due to outdated norms and a general perception that engineering is too difficult. That&#8217;s why we created the Womengineer Foundation &#8211; to inspire and support women in pursuing engineering degrees and careers.<\/p>\n<p>The lack of female engineers isn&#8217;t just an individual problem; it&#8217;s a problem for all of society. Schools, organizations, and companies are missing out on highly skilled female engineers, and innovations are suffering without the diversity of ideas and perspectives that women bring to the table.<\/p>\n<p>But with your support, we can change that!
